Yes, designing public infrastructure is at the heart of what we do. But what happens when it leaves our drawing table? We like to stay involved – guiding a project all the way through the finishing touches. Since the firm’s inception nearly 40 years ago, we’ve provided construction contract administration, field observation, and construction management services for roughly $50 million in public improvements annually as part of the water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation projects we’ve designed.
Having provided these services for many years, we recognize the value our team provides, all the way through the ribbon cutting – whether we designed it, or not. That’s why we couldn’t be happier to begin offering third party construction management services to our clients. To do this, we’ve hired some of the best construction managers in the business. This group will help craft infrastructure in the communities we live in.
At the head of the CM group, you’ll find Ian Machan, who has 17 years of experience providing CM services in the Pacific Northwest. We’ve also got Steve Anderson, Eric Levison, Robert Hopewell, and Caleb Wood on the team to provide third party CM and inspection services.
