If anyone gets to say “This ain’t my first rodeo,” it’s Dale. Aside from having ridden bulls for the University of Nevada’s Rodeo Team, he’s completed more than 1,000 groundwater-related projects in Nevada, California, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico since 1974.
When he isn’t lending his expertise to the development of groundwater management plans, Dale is likely fly-fishing, flat-water kayaking, Dutch-oven cooking over a campfire, back-country skiing, or maybe talking about the merits of German Wire-Haired Pointers with his wife, Debra.
