Growing up next to a mission hospital in West Africa, Elisheva decided to become a civil engineer because she saw firsthand the important relationship between infrastructure and public health. She’s a creative problem solver who loves collaborating with her teammates to overcome challenges. Elisheva has experience designing water, wastewater, and stormwater projects in Spokane.
When she’s not designing the next well in eastern Washington, Elisheva can be found enjoying a cup of rooibos tea with her friends.
