Austin Rambin, PE
Austin finds it rewarding when his designs positively impact the environment and his community. He’s a Murraysmith senior engineer who loves tackling new projects and specializes in the design of water and wastewater treatment plants. Throughout his career, he has worked on a range of projects, spanning all kinds of water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation infrastructure.
Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Austin loves exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife.
What would surprise people about you? The number of concerts I’ve seen, it’s easily approaching 1,000.
Favorite musicians: Too many to list, but here are a few: The Allman Brothers Band, Grateful Dead, Neil Young, JJ Cale, Taj Mahal, Muddy Waters, Col. Bruce Hampton Ret.
Best place to be when you aren’t working: Fishing or on the disc golf course.
Curious about: Oceanography and living off the grid.
