If there’s one thing Breuklyn has a lot of, it’s an enthusiasm for learning. After earning her degree in biological systems engineering, Breuklyn has looked for opportunities to leverage an environmentally focused perspective to solve public infrastructure issues. She now brings this drive to the work she does at Murraysmith on water and wastewater projects.
When Breuklyn is not thinking about the environment while working, she’s thinking about it while exploring the outdoors—she especially enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and biking in her spare time.
What do you find the most rewarding about your work? I find it incredibly rewarding to be able to be innovative. Discovering ways to break the mold and solve problems in a new and improved way is my favorite thing about engineering.
