Joel is a seasoned Colorado engineer with water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation experience extending to all regions of the state. He has developed municipal infrastructure solutions and master plans for communities in Northern and Southern Colorado from the Eastern Plains to the Western Slope. Joel enjoys managing diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to successfully complete projects a community can be proud of.
Originally from Jesup, Georgia, Joel plays banjo from time to time and rarely identifies as an engineer.
